To think that Bob has a bad review on here is absolutely insane. By far the best mechanic in town. Always does the best work and Super trustworthy and NEVER rips people off. If you need your car repaired this is your guy. Great mechanics that don't hustle you are getting hard to find.Bob is super honest and a stand up guy and really quite a staple in the nanaimo automotive community. Everyone knows him. He's been fixing my cars for over 10 years. i won't go anywhere else.

DO NO USE FIRST CHOICE AUTO !! While my vehicle was being looked at by first choice, the vehicle was hit and damaged. When picking it up my wife was very upset about the damage, however the owner bob said not to worry he knows lots of people in the industry and can take care of it no problem. Its not a very expensive car so we agreed to hear some options once he had them. After being hard to get ahold of, he now says it say its not his responsibility. He said his friends came back with the only way to fix it was to replace the bumper and trunk of the car, apparently more than he is willing to pay. He seems nice, it was a sad situation where being flexible could make it better for everyone. Now letting people know is all we can do. If it had never happened, then he would not have looked into how much it would cost him to fix. Don't let this happen to you, there are other better options.
