My motorcycle broke down (blown clutch) just outside of town. My riding partner had that phone number to Jim's Auto Repair in his phone. Jimmy came out to get me within 10 minutes and brought me back to his shop - safe and sound. Great guy that Jimmy!

Car trouble while passing through Grand Forks. The owner took my vehicle in right away to check it. Within 20 minutes had the parts ordered. 3.5 hours later got a call that it was done. Charge for parts and labour equal what I would have paid for just 2 hours labour back in Fort McMurray. So I felt I got a great deal. 11 hours back to Edmonton were smooth driving as well as the following 5 hours back to Fort McMurray. - The weather was nasty but the engine was perfect.
