I'm not sure who or what to blame for the terrible experience. Our small Uhaul trailer blew a tire. Uhaul does not stock a spare tire for liability reasons. They left us on the side of the highway 10 minutes south of Grand Forks BC. Kal tire has the contract to send out someone to change the tire. Fine. They left us there for 3 hours. Multiple follow ups and ecxuses until we told them we are dropping the trailer. Horrible. If they are a good company they will make it right and not charge us for the drop fees and other deposits.

Super awesome. I was driving through from Montana to Alaska and hit a deer and totally led my car. They opened up on their day off and shuffled around reservations so I could get back on the road to make my ferry. Super helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed.
