The owner of this business is extremely rude and aggressive. After I asked him to break down the $235 tow fee to get my car back he started threatening and swearing at me. He closed his lot so he can keep the car longer and charge me more and I started recording it. I had to call 911 to get my car out. I don't know how this guy sleeps at night with the way he treats customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RUDE PERSON. YOU WILL REGRET IT

Great, dedicated service. Although some negative reviews here claimed Brians to be a bunch of illiterate, bottom-feeding rednecks (hmm...), I tried them on. Compliments to them; they came soon as they could, even called me to update that they were a bit behind schedule. Tow went well 100%. Thanks! Keep up the dedication; nice to hear you guys are a mom & pops operation doing the best you can. Until next time!!

Unprofessional and unreliable! We called this towing company after our company vehicle got stuck because his signs clearly state towing and recovery in the area we were stuck! We were left hanging after a brief short phone call of what would you like us to do!
