It's not Wrecking and Recycling place. Receptionist says she forward this message many time and somebody doesn't change name. (13Aug Reply to owner: You can call to Google and change name. I experienced They have kind customer service. But for now you misleaded with your name and I drove to you)

Driver was great. Truck was clean. Made my crappy night a bit better.

We had an accident on the connector 50 kms from Kelowna. The service we received was friendly and efficient. Of course like everyone we assumed we would get ripped off....far from what happened. The total bill was very, very reasonable.

Got towed away when I parked at Boucherie school in a reserved stall. Was mad at first. Showed up and they treated me well and the bill was fair. Even worked with me as I am a student and don't have a ton of moola. Good crew at Deloro.

Flat tire in the rain. Picked me up on an BCAA call. Tow truck has no jack! Doesn't listen to my explanation where my jack is. Puts car on flatbed and tows me further from home into the first driving snow of the season to a Midas and leaves me with the advice not to drive on a 'donut' in this dreadful weather. No kidding! So instead of solving my problem he arrived ill equipped, didn't listen and made my problem much worse and potentially dangerous.
