The gentleman, Dean, helped me and my girlfriend get out of some mud on an off-road adventure. He was very apologetic and considerate when he came later than anticipated. He knew exactly what to do when he saw the situation and used the appropriate towing tool from my vehicle to get it out. He then made sure all the underpinnings and mechanics of the car were in working order, and also that the paint was not scuffed. His care and consideration were evident throughout the whole thing, for which I am very appreciative. It's no wonder this company has a 5-star rating - they really care about their customers!

Fantastic service from Doug. He is a very professional and knowledgeable man. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing towing or recovery. The price was excellent too!

I was stuck on the side of the road at a turn out, Doug and a buddy we're heading in the opposite direction, when they saw me and took time out of their personal schedule to turn around and come back to help me and pull me out. He did this on his own so I think that goes to show you what he would do if you called him! Top knotch character and I would recommend this business anytime. Thanks again guys, I still owe you a thank you gift, I will see it gets mailed to you.
