Don't expect to recieve a phone call back unless it involves a sale. Extremely pushy with sighning paperwork even when numbers have changed after a handshake.

Just want to let people know that we recently purchased a new F150 crew from Milo. We found Milo to be very easy to talk with, and he made sure we drove various F150's so we could make a decision that was right for us. Regarding our 2009 F150, they took their time and gave it a thorough on the hoist evaluation. We received a higher trade value at AM Ford than other dealers offered. Very pleased with our buying experience at AM Ford. Milo, Dennis and Herb made us feel important, right from the follow up from "Build your own F-150" web site, to driving away in our new F150. The Dealer principal should be proud of all his crew out at Waneta!!!! I have listened to Dan Ashman for years on the radio, and often wondered what motivated him - now I know - it's all about the customers buying experience - 'being the very best!'

On a recent road trip thru BC, my truck was misfiring constantly under load. I had taken it to a local mechanic who worked on it for 5 hours and couldnt diagnose this issue. Bud in the service department squeezed us in, even after we showed up early. Fixed the issue before the time we were even supposed to have arrived at the dealership. We were on our way again no time. After another 2000km truck is running smooth still. Thanks Bud!
