I just happen to be in Kelowna for a meeting and stopped by Kelowna Toyota to see if I could get in for a quick oil change. Cary in the service department was fantastic, she just took my keys and said no problem and fit me in within an hour! She has mastered the art of good customer service, and not just with me. While I was waiting, I saw how well she treated every other customer that came into the department. Her friendly and enthusiastic service would make me return to Kelowna Toyota if I were back there another time. Thanks Cary!

I was sold a Toyota Tacoma and specifically asked if it had traction control as I was in an accident prior with a Tacoma without. The sales agent reassured me that it did have this feature. When I took it off the lot, I forgot to ask where the control was. I returned the next week and low and behold, the vehicle did not have this feature. They have not done anything to rectify this for me and now I do not feel safe going into winter. Dealerships are supposed to take the hassle out of buying a vehicle and this one did the exact opposite. Will never buy from this dealership again. Zero stars wasn't an option.

Recently my parents van broke down while we were having a family vacation in Kelowna. My dad drove down to the Toyota dealership early the next morning and they were able to shadow him back to our campground that we were staying at. There was a very high volume of vehicles that were in need of service. They were able to get my parents van and diagnose and repaired within the day. A special thank you goes out to Veronica in the service department who went above and beyond to assist us. Veronica was very helpful and knowledgable. It is difficult in the best of times to deal with a vehicle breakdown little alone when you are on vacation. Thank you again Veronica and team for all your help. It was greatly appreciated.

Just bought a car there. Great car, great attention to customers, and good service and follow up. What people should know about this dealership is just how much they contribute to local charities here in Kelowna. It’s nice to know that in addition to being very friendly and genuine folks, they have caring hearts to boot. Drop in for a visit even if you are not thinking of buying right now. I’m glad I did.

Steve Renaud has been a great with helping us purchase this new Toyota 86. Steve was able to cater to my extremely busy schedule and give me as much detail as possible with the car when requested. Never had he told me that any of my fair requests were impossible, and was overall very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend any of my friends to Steve.
