Mostly inexperienced rookies. A couple seasoned veterans seem to keep them afloat but the majority have zero experience and old tired equipment. Bosses are too cheap to upgrade or pay drivers enough to keep them around long enough to get the much needed experience, or they fire them because they simply know too much ..Plus , the owner also owns Georgia Straight Towing.. the same boss (Jason Borth) tried to rate his own company ( Georgia Straight) with 5 stars and get his employee/ relatives to do the same until of course he was called out and then deleted his rating and the employees as well. Shame on you . Two Thumbs down .

As a collision repair estimator at Fix Auto, I work closely with Comox Valley Towing I have witnessed the kindness, professionalism, and expertise that all of the tow operators & office staff display. I have unfortunately needed their assistance several times and each time the drivers have made a stressful situation much easier.

Excellent. Reasonable price, Quick service, Friendly driver/operator Called and immediately given a driver to where our van broke down in cumberland. MIKE arrived shortly after, took great care with our Vintage vehicle, and we had some great conversation on the way to the mechanic. Thank you.

Hey I just had Comox Valley towing come by in front of my house for a broken down truck. The owner of set truck and the Tow truck Driver/Technician had that guy laughing and joking around. I don't even own a vehicle but I got to see some good customer service. Kudos to you Comox Valley Towing you and your employee's.
