What an awesome place to buy a car, the staff are all super friendly and very helpful...not at all pushy(something which makes car buying super irritating to me)and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great new car from the Nissan lineup or even a used car I would highly recommend including this dealership on my list of "places to shop for a car" We bought a brand new Nissan Qashqai, and we love it. Thanks to John and Sean and everyone else for getting us into our sweet new ride.

Just bought a brand new Nissan Kicks from Hayley at the Campbell River Nissan. Love the car and Hayley was great. Even took the extra time to explain the purchase agreement to us. Thanks Hayley!!

Service was very good. Only reason for four stars rather than 5 is the price of parts. You could be a little more competitive in that regard. Having said that, the maintenance manager did reduce the overall bill without much prompting. I'll go back there for my next service.

Amazing service and dedication, had a very specific vehicle in mind and was met with a knowledgeable staff who made it their goal to find me that perfect vehicle and they came through at a good price, everyone there was excited to see me get into the vehicle that I wanted and what more can you ask for in a car dealership. This is my second time dealing with the team here and there will definitely be repeat business in later years.

This place is part of the Steve Marshall group and it shows. Tried to purchase a truck here. Can't lie credits not the best and trucks cost a lot, tried to trade cars that had a fair amount negative equity(oxymoron really). We go and ask them to work with us on getting a truck(thank god it didn't turn out.) After successfully qualifying for a couple of different trucks.Their Sales Manager (I forget his name it isnt worth remembering) had the audacity to guilt us for not making the purchase because it didn't fit our needs in anyway shape or form. He Also insulted my Hyundai santefe as way of excusing his laughable offers and killed any desire to do business with Nissan in Campbell River. I apologize for the gruffness but I felt truly insulted and wouldn't wish that on anyone. I will buy a Nissan Titan at Hyundai before gracing the steps of this place. Customer service is different for everyone its possible to get good service under the right conditions don't go if you're "poor" Summary: Cars good customer service weak.
