After booking a trailer and arriving to pick it up- we were told there was a mistake and we had to change to a cube truck. There isn't anyone at the dealership- just some trucks parked on the side of the road. Did all the online registering and came back to get the truck - NOPE - not available to rent!. Spent nearly 2 hours on hold and still never was able to get ANY type of rental! Absolutely the most unprofessional service!!!! We were left without any way to transport our things. Do NOT rely on this company.

My mom called and reserved a truck a month prior to pick up. When she got there the truck she ordered for that day had been given to someone else, as well as all the blankets and dolly. So she was stuck with a smaller truck, no blankets and no dolly for her movers. She was moving 800kms up north with no other options. Then it rained on the way up and all her furniture got wet. Now she needs to replace her couches and bed. When I called the truck company in Prince George they were so helpful. I tried calling this place to talk to who ever the owner/manager is and no one answers the phone. All day long. Use someone else if you can.

The trucks are left extremely filthy. One we rented had large amounts dirt and branches left in the cube. More importantly I witness the Marijuana grow op that is next to my house use these trucks for transportation of Marijuana. This grow op got one of trucks stuck when they drove into their septic system. And had to be towed out of a large hole. Be for the tow truck was called the u Haul truck was drove very hard for a prolonged period of time. We think the truck was damaged and will likely be someone else's problem down the road. When we called the office the management was indifferent. This is not a reputable business.

Unprofessional and poor quality service here. Reservations done online are not honoured at this location. Ended up having to rent storage rooms for this move because of it. Returned the truck on time, fueled up, cleaned and tidy with moving pads folded, but still did not get the discount as advertised...instead I got some hidden charges on my card.
