Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a service shop. Highly reccomend the quick lane to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. David Wu I believe his name was, was extremely helpful and honest. The quick lane will be my go to shop for that reason. Thanks again for the great service, Taylor

After finding a nail in the tire, 15min before close, the man running the shop was nice enough to put a quick patch in last minute. Even though we needed to search a while for our lug adapter, they were so patient and accommodating. Thanks so much for the quick service! Would definitely recommend this place.

Every time I go to the service department at Coastal Ford Squamish, I leave with a smile because of the friendly attitude and high level of customer service I get from David and his team. It's also fun to be greeted by Gin the ever-watchful & sweet "watch dog". I have complete confidence in the work done to my F-150. On my most recent stop, my vehicle came away with a complimentary wash and vacuum too!

I was buying a trailer connector for a ford f350 and it was twice the price of competitive products and when I picked it up the service person Don, said I could open the box to check the part, which we did. I wasn't sure I needed the part until a service technician looked at the truck...but was unavailable and the part needed to be order the next day he confirmed part not needed, and even though I had even left the counter they would not take back the part. I understand why they don't take back electrical parts,as they could be damaged or shorted if installed incorrectly but the part never left the counter. Surely they could have resold this...But the manager on duty didn't have enough brain cells to put that together. I would never buy parts or get service from them again. Managers are supposed to have brains and use them he is clearly not qualified to change oil, let along manage a service department

The service department here is spectacular. Especially David Wu. We happily drive here from North Vancouver because the service is second to none. If you're thinking of trying a new dealership, do yourself a favour and try Coastal Ford Squamish. You won't regret it.
