Left us screwed

Booked trailer weeks ago, only to be phone day before move that they didn’t have the trailer we booked, and the closest one was in 100 mile house, and a size smaller than we originally booked. Left us totally screwed over, the day before we are supposed to move 600km to a new town. So stressful.

The vehicles were very helpful, but the staff seem annoyed that you are bothering them.

How can you plan a move when they can't guarantee a truck rental? Never had that with ANY rental before!
