Unprofessional !! Video taped them taking my car inside and out (I’ve had problems with them before ) got my car back and they threw powdered sugar all through my car ! And some type of liquid. My car is completely sticky and doughy . I’ve called multiple times and have gotten the run around . But I will not stop they are messing with ppls cars on purpose ! Something needs to be done and I will be showing up everyday till something is done ! (Pictures are after I brushed the seat off)

Very unprofessional. When you call you get a voicemail box that is full. So I called every day for over 30 days with no response until yesterday. Then I was given an appointment time and address to come out. I was at the address at the appointment time, but whoever I spoke to had given me the wrong address. So when I called back and spoke to Taylor she was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely not customer service oriented. She told me she had no record of my call or that I had an appointment. Then she proceeded to tell me my belongings were disposed of anyway since it has been 30 days. I explained to her that I have been calling for over 30 days with no answer. I asked her to have the owner call me because I felt like this was an unfair situation. She was still very rude and ended up hanging up on me. After reading other reviews as well as the complaints on BBB I'm truly surprised they are still in business. I'm actually surprised companies still choose to contract work to them. I will be very vocal about this and I really hope companies stop using them for their needs. There are plenty of other companies that provide the same services with better customer service.

I was informed that I needed to call and set up an appointment. When I called, nobody answered, so I left a voicemail giving the requested info needed and my reason for calling. I was supposed to receive a callback within 24 hours, but I never received that call after a week. I called again and talked to someone, who said that I could just stop by during business hours, since I was just dropping off the keys. I headed to the location listed, and they had moved. I wasn't notified of this, so I had to drive another 30 min to the "new" location. It would have been nice if I was given an address for confirmation. The gal at the second location was very nice and said she'd pass along the info about my experience. Since I have no vehicle, my friend had to drive me around everywhere. This was very inconvenient for both of us, and an added amount paid for gas.

This place is straight trash and totally unprofessional. When they come and tow your car they don't even knock on the door to let you know so you can get out your belongings. Instead you gotta call and make an appointment on there time and then how do they expect you to get there when you have no vehicle 🙄🤣. Everything important I own is in my car and now I have to find the time and a way to get there.

Funny reading responses to reviews and the owner claiming some reviews are fake accounts or that some never had their vehicle towed by 11th hour. I almost believed it but considering my vehicle was and I have yet to recieve a call from the owner. Is this review fake to???... Time to address the personal items that were stolen from my truck, I don't deal with the police but given the situation.. That's the only way my expensive jewelry will be replaced among other expensive items that grew feet and walked away. Filing a complaint is pointless, it's a way for these people not to be held accountable for what they are doing to people. Some things destroyed were irreplaceable, due to the fact it had centemental value and came from the dead. THIS is Personal!!!
