My car died on the bypass on my way home tonight. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and thankfully was able to get to the side of the road. As most young women would do, I called my dad, and he told me to call Chad's. Casey was pleasant on the phone and they were there within 15 minutes of me calling. I was having a hard time with the car seat and Alex got it secured for me. He gave me a lot of good information and a thorough breakdown of the pricing, which was more than fair. I'm so thankful for the quick and efficient service. Definitely would use them again!

Chad's Towing is phenomenal! I have used them many times and referred them as well. One time in particular they towed my nephew's truck in the pouring rain. The entire time the driver was pleasant, joking with us, and just happy to help. Great Customer Service and Smiles. I was very happy with the service received. Thank you Chad's Towing!

Had a great experience with Chad’s Towing today. The driver Alex was extremely accommodating, and was overall helpful with the entire process. As a college kid it’s a bit scary trying to find a towing company that cares about their clients, especially when you have a very small knowledge base about towing (as I did.) The entire tow process seemed to take less time because of the experience of the staff at Chad’s towing; they were able to get my car up on the bed with very little hassle, even on a crowded street in Randall Park. I’ll be recommending this company to anyone who is in need of a fast reliable tow.

Excellent! I had a great experience with Chad's Towing Friday. They came to tow my husbands rust bucket away to get the break lines vacuum bled and Alex was more than helpful! Friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for better service! I will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends!
