They were awesome, we had a wheel come off and damage our axle on our moving trailer on a cross country trip, on a Sunday late afternoon outside Steinbach, they called Steinbach trailer, had it dropped off there, they fixed it the next day!! Cory was a great guy to deal with!! Would recommend to anyone!!

So it's Summer in the City, and as expected, when I return to work from meeting with a client, my reserved parking spot has been taken. I shouldn't have to park several blocks away and walk, in heels no less, to get to work. Especially when there are clearly signs posted. My manager told me to have them towed, since the sign clearly said tow away enforced, but I told him that I didn't want to cost them money and a huge hassle, but I did want to teach them a lesson, so I just parked behind them. The sign clearly states the place of business, so I assumed they'd come in to find me when they returned. They didn't. Instead, they call the tow truck on me. I looked out the window as the tow truck arrived, so I headed out to explain the situation to the driver and, so as not to waste his time driving out, there were an additional 2 vehicles in the reserved spots that he could tow. Instead, he just decides to yell at me and proceeds to try and tow me away. I move my vehicle and temporarily parked somewhere else, waiting for the other person to move so I could take back my spot. The tow truck follows me. I pull out of that spot, so he can't block me in, and swung back around to now move into the cleared space. Tow truck passes around me on the left, in the parking lot, and then proceeds to block traffic and my parking spot. Called my manager and he came down to the office to have a chat with the guy. He literally stayed there to entire time, blocking my reserved spot. When the manager gets there and asks what's going on, he says he's ensuring no one parked in the reserved spot. Seriously?! Meanwhile he's leaving all the other vehicles that don't belong in reserved parking. Smh. He would literally rather sit there and block a spot from someone whom it belongs to, rather than do his job and remove the ones that don't. Unbelievable

Car broke down shortly after leaving Winnipeg. Truck arrived within 45 minutes. Our driver Viktor was extremely helpful and courteous, making an otherwise crappy day somewhat less so. Thanks Viktor!

Yesterday was the 3rd time in a year that I needed assistance. Every time they showed up when promised and did the job asked at a reasonable price. 2 out of 3 times the driver went above and beyond at no extra cost to me just to help me. And the third one didn't only because I didn't need anything else. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Tho I hope I won't need to.

Worst, customer hating, customer service. Was extremely rude to me, needed a tow, told me with attitude twice that they call back - never did. Doesn't deserve to call itself business. Entitled monopolists. RE: Reply - I've received only one call after ~5-6 hours of first contact, wasn't able to pick up, received one mailbox message. What they're talking about probably different customers they were rude to that day, it's make it even worse as apparently they're rude to everyone and just by that fact alone it's impossible to identify the customer, lol :)
