A few weeks ago I got a flat tire on my way to work and CAA sent Niverville Towing. Yanik not only arrived almost immediately, but his confident and relaxed demeanour made me feel so much more comfortable in a stressful situation. He kept up a simple and good conversation while working on my car, and had my tire changed and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service skills Yanik, this makes a great impression of Niverville Towing!

Thank you Niverville Towing! My vehicle slid into the ditch on my way to work this morning. There was no getting out of that thigh-high snow bank on my own! I couldn't get through to my roadside assistance, so being in Grande Pointe I tried calling you. You had a truck to me in less than an hour on the coldest day of the year! A neighbour had given me a lift to my nearby home to keep warm, and before I knew it Devon arrived at my door to take me back to my vehicle. Despite my truck missing the tow ring needed to pull me out from the rear end, Devon got to work and winched me out. It took some digging through the snow, some problem solving, and different attempts, but he didn't give up. And he did it gladly. He was so patient, courteous, and tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible, all while freezing his butt off. Devon also showed respect for my vehicle ensuring nothing would cause any damage, going as far to ask me to take it for a spin once I was out, to make sure everything "felt right". Absolutely outstanding customer service by a gentleman with a kind heart.

I am a CAA member and today my 1975 Corvette Stingray roadster convertible threw a belt and I needed a tow home. First of all CAA was great there were no hiccups in their procedures and the forthcoming tow from Niverville Towing was an even better experience. Nick was the driver and he had as much care, concern, and consideration for my Corvette as I did and that made me feel very comfortable. I think it's important for people in the area to understand when a service provider goes above and beyond the Call of Duty and Niverville Towing and Nick especially are great. I am truly thankful for their service. I just wish i had cash on me to buy Nick dinner. Thank again

Got absolutely screwed by the cops, car ended up getting towed. Niverville Tow hooked it up within 10 minutes while I sat in the back of the cruiser, and away they went! 5 stars I guess?

My wife went off the road and was essentially stuck in a snow covered field. Niverville towing worked for several hours to get the car out and managed to do it with no damage. I would like to thank Justin and Devyn for their relentless work ethic and care! I will only call niverville towing going forward and would highly recommend to anyone
