Well we ordered our truck in advance. So far so good. Go at 8am to pick up, everyone waiting at house to load. Like ! Ooops we made a mistake you need to go to another town to pick up the truck. I’ve heard about this happening and sorry to to say it gets worse. Other town is not open. The uhal said everything is in order but no. So here we are no truck and need to move.

Wish good give negative stars. I booked my truck 1 week in advance so that there is no delay later on. I got call from Scheduling Manger can u pick up the truck 15 kms away from where u booked. First of all, why would I want to pick in lbq if I booked in Steinbach. Secondly, if the reservation was confirmed and even the truck was shown to me to confirm the size, why is it not available on that day. It is not my problem that they messed up while reserving it. Thirdly, the scheduling manager, who made him manger who does not even know how to talk to people. Should be fired right away if uhual still wants to be in business. All in all, beware of them. Try something else as it would be more helpful than these idiots.

Absolutely terrible service. I confirmed THREE times that my reservation would be confirmed and that I would have a truck available. 10 hours before I need to use it I find out (on my own) that they have lost my truck 1500km's away and have zero other options for me. I now have to postpone moving and have lost a days wage.
