Went to Contest a Ticket and Apply for Residential Permit. Was told to except 30 min wait. Nice to be told in advance but I think more staff and longer hours are needed. People work during the day.

Just applied for and received my monthly parking permit. After a brief wait, I was served by two very pleasant women who provided me with excellent customer service. I also witnessed going the extra when a transponder was not readily available, the customer service representative made it a point to search one out and find one for me. I found my experience to be EXCELLENT!
