Prompt service. Never had a rude driver. Used over 10 times for towing work trucks and trailers. fair priced. Dispatch is polite and has good communication with drivers.

Have used Schmidt's twice in the past month now. Both times, great service on the phone and at the curb - even after the big nasty flood. I think the negative reviews are mostly from folks who are mad at the police.

In the past customer service I’ve dealt with during the day have been very nice and helpful. Called tonight to pick up my moped that was towed and the lady on the phone was so disrespectful, cut me off multiple times and was extremely snappy, and told me to figure out my problem with the “day shift management” because she couldn’t help me. I was appalled I was talking to someone working for an actual business. So extremely rude so I hung up. I feel sorry for anyone unfortunate enough to deal with whoever this rude woman was.
