Maybe I quit because he wanted my binder of all your properties so I quit because that’s not right in my opinion and never asked for my job back I have a better one with a real relocation company. Maybe I should give him my binder. I already gave it to the judge and my lawyer since you lied.

TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: YOU ARE APPARENTLY CHALLENGED. I SAID NOTHING ABOUT DENYING THAT MY CAR WAS TO BE TOWED. I KNOW I WAS PARKED IN A GUEST PARKING LOT LONGER THAN ALLOWED FOR TENANTS. WE PAID FOR THE TOW UPFRONT WITHOUT PROBLEM OR INCIDENT. THE ISSUE COMMENCED WHEN WE DISCOVERED DAMAGE DONE TO BOTH BUMPERS OUT IN THE LOT WHEN WE WENT TO RETRIEVE OUR OLD CAR. AND THEN THE TOW GUY BLATANTLY TRIED TO TRICK US WITH HIS "DEMONSTRATION" OF HOW THE TOW COULD NOT HAVE SCRATCHED THE BUMPERS, AND LATER MOCKED US, AND AFTER THE CAR WAS PLOPPED DOWN THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE BUMPER WAS DETACHED. WITHOUT TAKING PICTURES RIGHT BEFORE BEING TOWED, ANY ADJUSTER COULD SAY THEY COULD NOT PROVE THAT YOU GUYS DID THE DAMAGE; THAT'S A NO BRAINER. I TOLD THE INSURANCE COMPANY UPFRONT THAT YOU WOULD DENY BEING COMPLICIT. IT IS SO OBVIOUS TO ANYONE WHO READS THE MULTITUDE OF REVIEWS WITH SIMILAR PATTERNS, THAT YOU ARE MAJORLY CHALLENGED. OH, AND I CALLED THE DAY AFTER THE PICK-UP TO TALK WITH THE OWNER, WHEN YOU ANSWERED AND I ASKED IF YOU WERE THE OWNER, YOU SAID, "YES." SO, THEN I ASKED YOUR NAME, AND YOU HUNG UP ON ME. THAT''S NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROTOCOL FOR ANY BUSINESS. SO, WE CAN ALL SEE HOW YOU OPERATE AND WHO IS CHALLENGED. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These thugs deserve negative stars to the infinite power because they are like animals or machines that rob you of your green money and plunder your vehicles by intentionally damaging them. No care whatsoever is taken with towing a vehicle, and they will blatantly lie to you and skirt the issue to get away with their ineptitude. You walk into the office and are greeted with rude signage. If you question how your vehicle got damaged, they fast talk and try to trick you into believing it couldn't have been their fault by any stretch, even claiming that the way they show you what they actually do can prove their lies. And if you question more than they care to answer, they threaten to call the police and say you are trespassing. They are crooked bullies, and the owner is the lead hooligan. Something has to be done to stop this kind of abuse!

Had my car towed from an office building I own. This should have been a simple misunderstanding, but instead I was charged full price for parking in a lot I own. Owners, Property Managers, hire at your own risk...

These people are evil. They towed my car in my apartment complex the proper sinage and instead of admitting guilt they tried to save face.
