I needed my convertible towed to a shop and after being told a quote from a competitor and having them change their rates on me last minute, I decided to give Penn's Tow a shot. I'm very picky on who touches my car, but Penn's made me feel better the minute I spoke with the driver on the phone. Very professional and most importantly the driver knew what he was doing. I appreciate the good service and will use them from now on. Guy knew his stuff and kept their word on the price. Owner is very nice too. Hard to find a good tow service now days. Thanks Penn's for bailing me out last minute.

My husband and I will definitely use Penn's again if we need a tow! The girl who answered was great and the guy got there in 15 min like she said he would! Nice people and quick especially when it's an emergency!!! (we were stuck in the middle of 31st and Broadway during rush hour)

My cars serpentine belt broke on the highway going through Kansas City Missouri. I called Triple A, they sent Gregory with Penn's Towing Service. He was incredible, the first Napa station he took me to couldn't see me until Monday, my car broke down on Thursday. So Gregory took me someplace he personally recommended Mike's, and Mike's had me back on the road by 11 a.m. on Friday morning. He saved me, I was so grateful.

Tow truck driver picked up a client's car, took it to a service shop, and when the driver couldn't unload the vehicle correctly, let the mechanic do it. The mechanic caused damage to the vehicle, and the lovely people at Penn's tow refuse to cooperate with the client to get the insurance information needed to make a claim.

They were fast and convient! I was at work during my tow so I couldn’t come out but the driver didn’t even need me to! Excellent service and would recommend to anyone!
