25C outside heater turned full hot when i went to drive my vehichle away rear step in box not properly attached after working on camera system talked to Brett doesnt seem to think this is out of the ordinary not impressed with the service perhaps he should take some pride in his performance of his employees but i am not impressed with the qaulity of service. Good way to drive away customers shame to have to drive 7.5 hours to a decent dodge dealership or are they all this way

Customer service is great, but the auto services is not. Just got my van out of there not long ago in Winnipeg now due to bolts missing for my radiator and a burning rag left on my exhaust manifold and I was told by twin motor it was my heater blower found that odd cause it had not made any noise due to a malfunction or any rubbing sounds from it. I had also took it in for vapour lock while under warranty paid for the filter still not repaired again in Winnipeg they fixed it didn’t cost over a hundred thirty 37$ now I can pump my gas -40 from empty to full no problem Will not be buying a vehicle there again......
