All Time Towing & Recovery

Avoid at all costs !!!!!HIS WIFE DROVE US HOME 22 MILES WE TIPPED THEM GENEROUSLY And then he didn't show up with my vehicle when he said he would then he didn't show up today AAA messed up and said they would give me a refund fo the cost of the tow He hung up on me as well as his wife as soon as I asked for a reciept of payment. I had to call the Fairfield Police Dept to get him to bring my vehicle and receipt. He was belligerent and loud using obscenities and profane language to my disabled mother once I told him I was filming. he would not give us the receipt said go f yourself as well as others call the f ing police I did they responded after he pulled out of my driveway. The sgt was the one who got the paper for me. He was warned not to ever return SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE DO NOT EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE WALK IN THE COLD TO WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE A QUALITY TOWING COMPANY HE is being reported to the Better Business Bureau AS well as AAA he said f fing AAA they wont drop me HE then sped off All this is on Video for anyone interested SKIP THESE BUMS I have it all on film for those interested Lodged Complaint with AAA it is now being investigated by AAA It turns out he unhooked the driveshaft in order to tow it in gear he neglected to tell anyone including AAA or the police that the driveshaft had been unhookedAccording to my mechanic he took the cheap way out and did not actually remove the driveshaft he simply unhooked the house when I have it towed to my mechanic he said the shaft wasn’t in the bed after putting it up on the left my mechanic determined he simply took out the bolts he did not return the bolts to me from my mechanic had to order them then he discovered that due to his negligence he had in fact destroyed the universal joint altogether which my mechanic replaced AAA was furious and so was I altogether it come up to about $265 that AAA had to pay my mechanic to fix This guy should not be allowed near vehicles nor should we be allowed to interact with the public he came very close to striking me on my porch fortunately for him he didn’t but I do have it all on video and if anybody’s interested please email me and I will send you the video is worth your time to wait for someone else this person is not a professional and is a fraud he will take your money take your truck and not give it back to you you will have to call the police to intervene.......... he may be quick on his service but he’s also quick to take the easy way out to make quick service he destroyed by universal joint in the process he is also very unstable and I would not allow any women and children to be around him at any time the language to use it in front of my mother and the treatment he gave me I can’t believe that this person is still in business what a shame and It’s this type of tow truck driver that gives other professionals a bad name there are many quality professionals in Maine I did not call this person the state police did and he told me not to ever call me again so I did tell him that I didn’t call him in the first place and therefore would never allow any family member of mine or friend to call him we would walk in the snow and freeze to death first it’s too bad there’s not a reading for negative stars Finally AAA paid my mechanic almost 300 dollars to my mechanic cause ,this idiot broke my u joints and drive shaft he may be good at some things, flipping burgers pumping gas or something to do with sewerage DONT trust him he is a flim flam man AAA paid up because he was working for them representing them they also said they were going to speak to him about his "customer service and etiquette" A 10 year old kid is more polite and responsible acting than this loon SKIP HIM SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE

Rob is the best out there hands down! He's done 3 tows for me and my family now and he's been very quick getting to us and making sure our vehicle makes it home or to a shop without a scratch. Best prices out there to!! Would recommend to anyone

Never used and after yesterday I never will. The guys wife followed my neighbors home and started screaming at them. I don't know what happened, but this lady's screaming woke my newborn so I was not pleased. Only way I know who it was is cause she used the company truck to follow them. Very unprofessional
