We had to have our car hauled from Lebanon to Newport this afternoon. The driver was there in a few minutes and had the car loaded in no time. He did a great job for us.

I was an idiot and locked my keys in the car. After exhausting several other plans I got picked up by a friend and needed to schedule a meetup with the tower to get my car unlocked. The truck was there before I even got back to my car. Troy, the driver and man who helped me get into the car was very friendly and polite and didn't mind waiting a bit longer for me to be dropped off. Getting the car open wasn't cheap, but it was the best option I had as I didn't have any spares and it was freezing outside without my gloves or hat. Grizzaffi's made everything as simple as possible-- they got there quickly and I had my car in minutes. They even took $10 off the cost of service for liking their facebook page! I would use them again. Some towing companies have a sketchy feel about them, but Troy represented his company well and showed that this employer values service to the community and keeping people safe.

I blew the head gasket on my Subaru 90 miles from home and Geico dispatched these guys to help me. Friendly, helpful, clean, quick and honest. I decided to have them flatbed my car all the way home. Highly recommended.
