Transmission quit. Fortunately they called Countryside Motors and Towing. Their flat bed tow truck was there before I could get a coffee and walk back to the truck! I had my vehicle back home in less than 30 minutes (12 miles away). FAST , dependable, prefessional, courteous service.

On Wednesday, March 14th, 2018 at about 7:30 pm, AAA sent Sean from Countryside Motors & Towing to change my flat tire. Before he got there, he called me and demanded directions from me in an angry tone. I explained to him in a calm tone that I didn't know how to give him directions out loud. He then yelled at me and said, "I can't help you if I don't know where to go." I was so shocked that AAA contracted a company that hired someone who had such poor customer service skills because I have had so many nice people give me roadside assistance through AAA in the past. My friend took the phone from me because she heard him yelling at me. After the call, I double-checked that I gave AAA the correct address with the tracking app. He had the correct address. He ended up explaining on the phone to my friend that he read the address incorrectly. Instead of double-checking the address AAA sent him, Sean decided to act unprofessionally. I hope that AAA stops contracting with this company. My friend reported Sean's behavior to the manager of Countryside Towing, but the manager did not sound like he took the complaint seriously. I am concerned about other customers that Sean provides roadside assistance to. I am especially concerned about customers with disabilities who do not have the skills to report it. I imagine that Sean decided to lash out at me over the phone because I am a woman with a high-pitched voice, so he thought that I would be an easy target because there is a stereotype that women know nothing about cars. I worry that Sean would see a customer with a visible disability as an easy target and lash out at them. The problem is that not all customers have the skills to report Sean, so I am writing this review to stand up for them.

Impounds suck. Pretty standard business practices for an impound. Cost a lot and they want their money. Arguing storage fees is pointless. I assume they do normal work too but my experience with them was as an impound lot. They are what they are.
