They support the truckers in the convoy. They drove with in some of the protests. The Ottawa Police should have to pay for the deception of this company. So sorry your company is going through. People need to get their facts straight and make this better.

Incredibly late, I am not 100% sure, but the driver was either drunk or high and kept repeating himself over and over. He scared the daylights out of my wife and daughter with his behaviour. I am sure someone stole a laptop/case while my car was at their "secure" towyard. Ridiculously overpriced.

Paid agent of the corrupted Canadian government.

Paid agent of the corrupted Canadian government. Unpatriotic, greedy, and crocked towing company. I rather push my broken car to the nearest garage than calling those greedy Crooks.

We needed a tow from the underground parking lot, I called spoke to Sarah who answered all my questions and needs , she arranged for the driver to come , the driver called upon arrival and was very friendly helpful and professional . They were able to get our van out as we needed and we paid a very reasonable and fair price for the service . Will use them again if needed. Will recommend them and will give their company as a referral to the apartment building for any of the others tenants as the building told us that tow trucks will not fit underground. Metro has there special built tow truck for this type of situation. Thanks to Sarah and the driver for outstanding service !

I take back my last review. My truck was F@#$%d lastnight downtown Ottawa. Ottawa metro towing had awesome service. Devon was professional quick and straight up nice. Asked me immediately if I was cold and said I can sit in his truck to warm up. He made sure I was out of harms way(the nutcase drivers they deal with daily)! I highly recommend Ottawa Metro Towing. Thanks

I witnesed Al from Metro extract a car for a senior lady that was stuck in lots of snow while turning at an intersection. He saw me and two others unsuccessfully trying to push the car and clear snow from underneath. In five minutes, Al from the goodness of his heart tied a chain to the front of the car and pulled the car to clearer roadway. What a great Samaritan contribution to society! Thank you Al!
