Been stuck on the side of the road for a half hour and there have a facility that is 10 min away and there estimated to get hear a half hour from when im writing this, ie takes them an hour to drive 10 min

DO YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED? Ok, it is easy: call the Interstate Towing and you will be. They are the real road robbers, I mean: REAL, SMART ROAD ROBBERS. Don't feel stupid like I'm. I hope you learn from my experience before calling them. Just in case you try them, I will tell you what will happen: THEY CHARGE BY HOUR OF SERVICE. They will tell you that charging by the hour could be less expensive then other companies; the price is $125.00 for the truck and $125.00 for the trailer per hour. The trick begin on the trip from their place until finding you on the road, even if you are sit on the I-91 mile marker number 21 they will get lost several times before getting there. They would say to you that they thought it was on exit number 21 and not mile 21. You will have no control over their time. In my case, it took an hour in half to get to my truck in about 20 miles. After they tow your truck to the shop they will keep charging you per hour until you pay them. But look, it is not easy to pay them because they will not answer the phone at that time, if they answer it, they will put you in hold for a long period of time and remember: you will be paying them by hour. After they answer the phone, they will say to you that their system is down; your truck is still hooked to their truck. Then, they will send you an e-mail with the invoice and you have to pay them very quickly because they can change the invoice if you delay it. The payment is only done by the Internet, if it happens you do not have good Internet where you are it can cost you a lot. Oh, there is also an extra fee to pay them over the Internet. So, don't be stupid; use any other company to tow your truck and you will much better off. At the end, for just 20 miles I paid them almost the double of the price I was quoted by two other companies is town. I learned it
