Todd came and boosted my ford ranger the other day. Was really happy with the work he did. He pointed out the existing battery was not the right one for my truck and he got me the right one for me! Very friendly service and he knows his stuff! Thanks again I appreciate it.

Let me just say i met 2 of your operator's on the Friday of Canada Day long weekend. Broke down on 401 just west of Kingston. Called CAA and within 30 minutes or so truck showed up awesome. The operator i forget his name but he was friendly and very professional got me to D&D auto off Bath rd. They were beyond helpfull if i lived in the area they would have all my automotive business. I needed my vehicle taken to Arnprior and thats when i met the 2nd operator Curtis. What a fantastic young man.we talked and laughed non stop and im pretty sure we solved all the worlds problems lol. These two gentlemen are a huge asset to your business i was thoroughly impressed with both of them and by association your company. Thank you for running a great company and employing such pleasant and professional people .

Great driver helped me out tonight. Was about to tow me out of a no parking zone but when I told him I didn’t have an assigned spot and had just run up to get a suitcase- so I wouldn’t have to carry it over a snowbank to my usual parking area- he let me go on my way. A much better start to my vacation than towing fees.

Jack's Towing showed up as a result of a CAA call. The driver (Darcy) was 5 minutes earlier than the estimated time and was friendly and helpful. Thanks!
