I would not bring my bicycle to them!!! I have brought my vehicle's to them for over 2 years, and they did a tune up on my car last year then my engine light came on. Now they say I need a new transmission 🤔 so I took it somewhere else and they change the ignition coil that chandler's cracked when they were doing the tune up. My cost at chandler's would have been over 2 thousand!!! My cost after going elsewhere 300.00 🤨 car is working great. And will never go back to chandler's again!!!!

My car was towed by AAA to Chandlers. The staff was courteous and friendly. The car was checked out and they determined that the key had lost communication with the car. Apparently they weren't getting along that day! I am very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend them to others and use them in the future myself. I called Chandlers when they first opened Monday morning after having what I thought was a battery issue over the weekend. I had company coming the next day that I had to pick up at the airport so I was panicked. They told me they didn’t have time until Wednesday at best. Somehow, they were able to get parts and replace a bad wire and alternator for my Mercedes (parts are generally a pain and time consuming to get). ALL WITHIN 7 HOURS OF ME CALLING. They performed a miracle. Their customer service is above and beyond. Dave is amazing. They have 3 foreign car techs and go over every inch of your car with a fine toothed comb as a courtesy. They email you and this detailed account of every area of your car and its status along with pictures. This is what the future should look like for all mechanic shops. Customer for life!

I went in for potential head gasket issues because my car was overheating and asked for a diagnosis on whether that was the problem and also wanted to take advantage of their courtesy check to see whatever else may be wrong with my car. They charged me 97 dollars to have my radiator hose clamp replaced which is about a 2 dollar part and takes all of 5 minutes to replace for someone who knows what they're doing. They replaced my radiator cap, also a 2 minute replacement. They charged me for an hour of labor and had my car for 4 days, i had to call them because they took my number down incorrectly. They did give me a list of replacement items i needed to address for inspection which was appreciated. But i didn't get much further than 6 miles from their shop and the very same issue started that i had initially brought the car in for. I ended up getting a quote for 1400 dollars from another shop for all the repairs needed, which was exactly what i expected it would be. I am happy to pay someone to fix what is actually wrong instead of being dismissed and sent on my way. They were professional but their service left me very frustrated and put me out of a car for another week longer than anticipated.

I was treated very good by Chandlers Auto. They worked hard on my car and had to spend hours dealing with my warranty company. I highly recommend Chandlers Auto. Thank you Dave Bradt and the other guys for all you did to help me.
