I would highly recommend Nick's Towing Service. Not only did they come within the expected time frame, they did a great job in terms of expediency and performance. The cost of swapping out the flat tire was reasonable, given the quick turnaround as well as reaching the designated location of where we were. Will definitely use them again.

I had a blowout on Route 3, lost my cell in the process and Nick’s picked me up. When I arrived at the office, Tom VanDyk was handling multiple phone calls, filling out paperwork and dispatching tow trucks. Although busy, Tom took the time to allow me to use his phone, contact my local Police Department (Orange County NY) to locate my Girlfriend at home (Tom’s idea). I was very impressed with not only his ability to do his job and help me in the process but, also coming up with the idea of how to reach someone at home. If not for Tom seeing me in a panic, taking the time too calm me down, help me feel at ease, I have no idea how I would have gotten home without his help. People being professional and doing their job properly and still have a good rapport with customers is extremely rare these days. Tom embodies all of these qualities. I want to thank Nick’s Towing and especially Tom for being a good man. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Kenny See

Needed help for a lockout at 1am on a Thursday. Dispatcher named Walter originally told me he couldn't get someone to help for at least 2 hours. After explaining the situation, Walter went above and beyond, and came out to take care of it himself within 15 minutes of our conversation. Beyond pleased and will use them again in the future if needed.

I was lost and my car was stranded with a flat spare tire. To my luck, I discovered Nick's towing service. Through describing my surroundings, JJ was able to identify where I was and arrive faster then any other towing service I dealt with in the past. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing to mount my car safely. He is a great driver and made me feel at ease during the trip. Over the top service 👍 highly recommend!

On Sunday morning 7/22/2018 I was heading to work and unfortunately I had an accident. Withing 15 mins or less Nick's towing Service got there. Very cool guy (although I was hit pretty hard) the guy was a cool guy. Went to the office to do the rest of the stuff and the staff was extremely amazing. If I have another issue best believe that they'll be the ones I'll be calling again.
