Arrived very quickly for an urgent situation and was incredibly kind and professional. Quite literally a lifesaver!

Driver didn't even get out of his vehicle to assess the situation or provide suggestions to assist getting my vehicle out that was stuck just off of a driveway. The useless boob (who I'm told is the owner) showed up in a 2WD tow truck. What kind of towing outfit uses 2WD vehicles north of Barrie anyway? Told me he was sending someone else with 4WD... He did not. Wound up sleeping in my car for the night. Poor professionalism. What a boob.
