Got a flat tire at the grange fair. Called this place because they were the only place open at the time. Car had to be towed because my lugnut lock broke and I couldn’t get the tire off. They took my car that night and I picked it up the following afternoon. When I went to get my car it was COVERED in grease and dirt. The guy at the service counter wasn’t helpful and said it was like that before they got my car. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!! Mechanic filthy handprints and marks all over my WHITE car. I don’t know who the service guy thought he was fooling but there’s not way u can try and convince me that the mechanic oil grease and marks didn’t come from that mechanic shop. SUCH A JOKE. Because I felt like I was getting no where arguing with him I just said forget it and decided to leave. When I opened my car door to leave the inside of my driver side door was filthy as well. Looked like someone rubbed their hands all over every inch of my driver side door on the inside. I was worried that they had messed up my car but as soon as I got home I spent an hour cleaning my car inside and out. Totally unprofessional and I will NEVER go here again. Warning to anyone that goes here..they don’t care about your car and they just want your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Save yourself the hassle of being mistreated and lied to.

Just had my SUBARU inspected and brake work done and I found the employees to friendly and very professional. I also found this to be the case when I had work done on my corvette last fall. When I went to pick up my vette, it was clean and shiny, very nice touch! The employees here really do love cars. It's great to find a place like this in which you can trust the work will be done as stated and at the price they quoted. They handle all my work from my daily driver to my high performance baby.

Whoever was driving the Robs truck on 276 westbound today passed about 5 cars on the right shoulder to get to a call faster than everyone else. I had my kids in the back and he road our bumper then passed myself and 4 cars on right which was not a lane. I have a video cause it was absolutely ridiculous!! Dirt, rocks and debris from shoulder flew into the lanes on 276. All to help a person who had a flat or something.
