Im sure this company is ok based on the reviews. But my experience last night was the worst ive ever been through. My cars clutch gave up on me around 9pm on vaughan harvey and i googled the first tow company i could find. I talked to this guy name craig and he assured me he would be there shortly and said i can leave as i had to get ready for work and hed bring it to midas. He calls me 30 min later saying he had my car and needed cash. I said usually theyd give the bill to the garage (even though we went through this the first time i called). He says his manager isnt in and he wasnt sure and he ends up saying its fine we will figure it out in the morning. He calls me 15 min later saying the rcmp called dynamic and they have my car and apologized repeatedly. First off, why tell me you have my car when you dont? I would have stayed had I'd been told the truth. Two of my friends were with me the whole time as well and heard it all. I got extra charges for an unnecessary dishonest gesture. Im still baffled over the situation and this company should not have incompetent workers like this if they want a good name.

First Class came to my rescue when no one else in the middle of a horrible snow storm. I am thankful for them and how kind the young man was to me. Always and will now be my only choice!
