Bought a great used car there. And severs was great.

We live in Memramcook, so it only makes sense to get our inspections done there. EVERY time we make an appointment, they're either not there when we arrive, or we sit around waiting for hours. Absolutely ridiculous. What a joke. Pretty pathetic when I have 3 kids waiting in the vehicle and you can't bother to take the vehicle in. Don't set an appointment time if you can't make the time.

Went there to get one of my vehicles inspected, they looked it over and told me it failed because it needed new breaks (no big deal i do all my own mechanical work and when i went to do the breaks they legitimately needed to be changed) so I asked to make sure , when i come back im not going to be charged again for my inspection they said nope just need to make sure the work was done i said OK. I did the work went back two days later for the girl doing my inspection to come outside look at my SUV and say yup there good and went inside to get the new sticker she said that will be 40$ i said you told me the other day i wouldn't be charged again she said I'm sorry but the boss says its 40$ a sticker rejection or not. I thought this was strange and asked around come to find out that's illegal. My recommendation, don't go there ever for anything they will find away to rip you off

bad service no secretary difficult to make appointments

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! not only did it take OVER a month to get my car fixed. I have my OBD2 sensor halfway to the floor, my car floor is the filthiest i have ever seen it, there are grease spots all over the driver door. they consistently were working on other customers car while mine was outside. we dropped a part off on a sunday after they advised us they needed it on friday. they got to it thursday night. they took this long to find out what was the top result on google when searching for the problem. My bill was over 700$ and I now need to replace the part myself. I will NEVER return to this shop not even if they would offer their services for free. Do yourself a favour and go to any other shop they can not possibly be more incompetent than these "Mechanics".
