The guy who helped me today was so kind and helpful! Had to call the tow truck because of a strange rattling noise, turned out to be a loose heat shield. The tow truck driver took the time to inspect the car, get underneath and look around. He saw the problem and saved me the ride. He followed me to make sure everything was safe on my car. Even gave me some recommandations for garages. Great service thanks!

After calling around to several companies i found Capital Towing to heave the best rate. Spoke to a fine man, "Al" in the office and gave him my information and reason for towing. A wonderful, happy, personable, smiley young man "Matthew" showed up to retrieve my vehicle. After having it loaded he was able to process my payment in my yard without a problem. It was a great experience dealing with Capital Towing and I wouldn't hesitate in calling them again. THANKS AGAIN BOYS!!!! and KEEP SMILING MATTHEW!! :)
