The employees were rude and extremely unprofessional. Instead of giving me a price or a bill the first day he tried to have me sign my registration. They insulted me and tried to make me angry they told me one price and stacked on an extra 200 $ when I called them thieves they said I was threatening them and called the police. They charged me 660$ and change to tow my vehicle 3 km would not wish this group of hillbillies on anyone especially someone who was in an accident. They charged me for an emergency call when I called them not the rcmp. Said the rcmp were there so it qualified. They ripped me off and I cant imagine how many others. This has been my worst experience with any business. They deserve 0 star rating.

Ant give a 0 rating, but all I can say is what comes around goes around. They think ripping people off and being disrespectful will get them business, but the other side if the coin is lawsuits and bankruptcy

0 stars should be an option. Was in an accident, had no choice on who did the towing as RCMP called them. They’ve been super rude and disrespectful. A week later and still have not been able to even get my possessions out of the car. They asked for proof of insurance, got it, called to tell me to get my stuff and when I get there I’m not allowed in. Said I had to pay even though insurance covers all of that. Be woman on the phone is beyond unprofessional. Says she’s the owners wife but calls you names (in French like this isn’t a bilingual province) curses in French and when I said a curse word on the phone not even to them they ask me to leave. Absolutely terrible service not recommended to anyone. Rude unprofessional, disrespectful and like to steal your stuff

I cant leave zero stars so one it is. My sister was in an accident a week ago. Not only would they not let her get the Christmas gifts out of her car to come home with, they also tried to rge her $275 to do it knowing full well the insurance would be paying for everything. Then we called to find out how to gain possession of the vehicle (towed to a garage) and they hung up onmy dad and sister twice each. The lady on the phone was a real peach. I wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE. Theyve been an absolute nightmare - 6 days later and they still wont give her the car! Thieves!
