Their team of managers are experienced and charismatic. Ford's line up of vehicles (especially their trucks) are durable and innovative. They have both seasoned and energetic sales people ready to give you the best customer experience possible!

I don't own a ford. But have done a few body work adventures with them. The repairs always surprises me. The vehicle looks like it just rolled out of the show room once repaired. they do a detail service as well. And after going to a few places around town I come back to Wood Motors. No one can beat their level of care they give the vehicle and the price they detail at.

I took my 2017 f150 to wood motors for an allignment and work on the heat shield. Today, while driving to Halifax, my 5 month pregnant wife, noticed that the truck was driving sluggish. When she arrived in Halifax she found the splash shield hanging by only two bolts. She wasn’t able to get under the vehicle to address the issue on account of being 5 months pregnant... she had to go to a dealership in Halifax to have the splash shield properly attached. The dealership in Halifax inspected the splash shield and said that it was missing several bolts and j-clips, and that the shield had been dragging for what they assessed to be over 300km. Adding to this was the fact that my wife was driving through pouring rain and a splash guard would have been very useful!

The absolute best buying experience I have ever had. The staff went out of their way to ensure I understood everything during the process and that allowed me to make a truly informed decision. No pressure, No BS, just the facts and they actually listened to my wants and needs in determining which models and Warranty plans could satisfy my criteria. This is my first Ford truck and I could not be happier with it or the great people at Wood Motors.
