I will never give them my business and the few reveiws they do have on here other than mine are coming from other local businesses to boost their reveiw ratings which isnt honest in the least and shows their true character. they arent coming from an honest hard working individual that has to live paycheck to paycheck. therefore what few reveiws they do have are not honest along with being very inacurate. my situation was one of trying to get a vehicle i owned out of impound which got towed by these guys due to an out of date inspection sticker. the police department is supposed to first of all ask and or grant me the option of using a tow company of my preference which they did not do. Had i known Caldwells would hit me with an impound bill not financially fair and or feesible for a working man like myself to even afford attempting paying which was well over $200 the very next day from being towed literally a half a mile up the road to their shop for $154 plus $45 dollars per daymy bill was alrready at 200 after just a day and adding up 45 a day daily. obviously not having that type of cash on hand at that moment and living over an hour away i asked them if i could retreive a few personal items out of my car for the time being as i was in the process of moving and had my car packed with my fiancees and our 4 childrens things and would be needing them like my sons medications along with my medications and lots of household items for my children who have special needs and the items in the car were for aiding them. another was my tools which i use daily for my job and very important paperwork for the whole family such as social security cards, birth certificates, doctors records and many many other very important documentation along with fuel for our heater i baught. they flat out told me no with a smirk on their faces and told me i had to pay the bill in full in order to even get our personal things out of the car. needless to say i continued to plead the urgency of the things in our car that were daily necessities like our paperwork and medications. he proceeded with a no once again so i was speechless at that point and prepaired to walk out with my friend who had givin me a ride over an hour away to do this with absolutely no results. my ride then said he felt they were being unfair trying to help plead my urgency. we immediately got assulted by the guy. he screamed for us to leave which we were along with grabbing tires and throwing them at us as we ran for the door. finally out of the building and on the way down the highway a pickup comes from out of nowhere riding litterally inches from our bumper beeping his horn and waving for us to pull over and yelling god knows what. he proceeded to then pass us with on coming traffic and cut us off with his truck 3 different times wanting us to pull over and fight him which we of coarse did not partake in. he almost caused a serious accident 3 different times while doing this . i was pumping with fear from this and didnt think of getting it all on video but i did getthe last 20seconds of it on video of him stopping right in the middle of the road and getting out to approach our vehicle egging us on to get out while traffic was still coming. we managed to get around him and be on our way with amazement of how a local business could not only be so cruel and not give us our daily medications and important paperwork out of our car but assult us in the process putting our lives in danger doing so. all me and my fiancee could do was cry for we would all be going without our daily medication and our children even worse so would be also along with freezing in our home because our fuel was in the back of that car and we had no more money for more. im very hurt but more so my children have to go without because of how unfair and cruel these people are. that is all
