If you want to buy from people who stand behind their products, this is the place! We came from PEI to buy a "new to us" camper and couldn't be more appreciative of the treatment we received and the help we got getting warranty covered on purchased items. After we bought the camper we discovered that the ac had an issue. The service folks had a look but they didn't have the right thermostat in stock, so ordered and sent it to us. We installed it, called and talked to service who tried to help to resolve, but it still didn't work. So I emailed and asked them if they would look at it if we stopped in with it after camping. When we arrived they met us at the door and said "we were waiting for you"! I can't tell you how each person in service, sales and parts, worked so hard to resolve the problem and get us back on the road. Not to mention, that we had an 8 year old with us that was treated to fresh popcorn, and a souvenir stuffed toy to take home. Thanks again folks at RV Canada Quispamsis. J Allen

I am beginning to regret buying my trailer at this business. I bought a trailer there last year brand new, all was wonderful at first. We parked our trailer as a seasonal, and has had several issues, which are covered under warranty. Poor quality parts, and craftsmanship, which are not the fault of RV Canada... however... I tried to get warranty on the defective items last year, they (RVCanada) asked for photos, (June 26 a few weeks after purchase) which were sent, nothing was ever done. Again this year, when I called, they asked for photos, (May 19), which were sent, I was notified that the warranty has been approved on May 23, but it is now June 4, and they have yet to call and even order the parts. (Update: It is going to be June 27 before any repairs are started). Now June 29, and still no show. The seal in our toilet has failed, and it will not hold water, which means it is venting sewer gas up into the living space. This is completely unacceptable on a new product. The remaining problems are less critical, being cosmetic problems, except for the collapsed stabilizer jack. They are not responsible for the quality of the trailers, but they sure are in control of their service department. Right now, I don't think I would buy another trailer of the same brand, and it is unlikely I would buy another trailer from this business with how I feel right now.

Very nice facility. But would only let us walk around their large inventory yard on a cold day to look at randomly parked 5th wheels when paved roadways were clear. ...strange. We didn't bother looking.
