horrible

they caused 10,000 to my bike towing it, that was the estimate the dealership gave me, it was a yamaha R6 and the owner will only pay 4000 he says is his best price, google 2008 yamaha R6 they go for 8-9000. the guy was unprofessional and tried to tell me since he typed up the paper work for 4000 ( that I didnt sign yet) that i had to take 4000 or he would see me in court

Denied me of services because of the location of the car and the fact that my girlfriend had the key and I asked if they can tow with out the hey because she was not answering me and I did not know if she was home or not

A very nice lady took my request, she was very pleasant and told me it would take 1.5 hours for the truck to arrive. 3.5 hours later the truck finally showed up... too late to get the car fixed.

Called for a towed, waited for an hour, called back and they told me there was no call for a tow truck. Then magically the tow truck driver got sent to pick up another mazda 3 in a completely different area of town and that's why they haven't came yet. Sounds like someone dropped the ball and they're trying to cover their asses.
