Guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and expected me to help him load my wrecked motorcycle on to his truck. Having been t-boned by a car, thus the tow, we called back, were greeted with another rude comment and canceled the tow, because that's a ridiculous request. I don't think it's too much to ask to have the tow truck driver do the work, seeing as that's the service you're paying for.
