The process was quick and officers there were very nice. I think they need to retrain and learn how to tow all wheel drive vehicles. They used a standard tow truck and not a flatbed and it broke the rear gear of my car. If you have a all wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle, try your best not to get tow. I understand my vehicle was incorrectly parked on a wrong spot and I am all for paying that fine but to cause damage to my vehicle is not acceptable. Now it will cause me thousands to fix. Thank you NYPD.

My favorite memory going there on a grey cold Wednesday morning after the car was towed lol jokes aside despite the horrible nature of it all staff was friendly helpful and the process rather smoothly

Worst experience so far in NYC. Glad I am moving out of this hell hole next month. Deal with the ladies behind the booth, Adam the goofy tall white dude is helplessly feckless. They said to file a claim about the damage that their tow truck driver made to my vehicle, but it can take 1-5 years.

Their tow fees are completely insane that place should not exist after the ticket you have to pay tow and if you don't pick up the car the same day you have to pay for garage that's a hell of a deal for them huh please God forgive these people
