I was traveling from Ottawa to New Glasgow when I broke down on the highway . I couldn't find a place in town that could work on my f150 . The wonderful young lady at Taylor Ford shuffled some work around in the service department and worked me in .They had me back on the road in less than three hrs. Two thumbs up to her .I believe her name was Kendra. Whatever they pay her it isn't enough .Good work!!!!!

I was late for my appointment but the service people were quick to accomadate me. There were additional issues above the original work. The service rep explained the additional work requirements without any confusion. The work was completed efficiently and I was pleased with the service.

The dealership was great! They worked with me to find vehicles to fit my needs, and we're so happy with the two vehicles. Having 2 vehicles makes such a difference. Looking forward to a long relationship with Ford. Thank you!

Great people to deal with, friendly and professional. They look after what service you went in for and also what you might need to consider either at the time or in the future. All staff speak when they see you and the ones that you deal with more often can almost always call you by name, makes you feel like you matter. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there for any reason.

Took my truck out for a shudder I have and the tech just focused on the fact that I have a small leak in my rear end. Did not check anything else. I figured for 130.00 they could have checked for more.. Maybe codes check to see if it's firing right.. will never be back.
