We get all of our maintenance and repair work done on our Lincoln at Plaza Ford. The maintenance department staff are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They recently addressed an issue with my vehicle that could have posed a safety issue. They found and addressed the issue quickly and professionally. I feel confident and safe with Plaza Ford addressing all our Maintenance needs.

i dropped my vehicle off on Sunday evening using the after hours drop box for keys (very convenient) . my appointment being Monday at 10:00 am. My rear brakes were making a noise. Monday morning i received a call regarding the rear left brake and rotor needing replacement (as i suspected) it was suggested that both left and rear should be done. I was informed of the total cost including tax at this time (i liked that) I did agree and gave them the go ahead and then i was also informed with that that do to the age of the car 2013 that sometimes the calipers would stick and need replacement but they could not tell until they try. Well yes later that day i was informed that one of the calipers was not working and needed replacement again i was informed of the total cost . i was pleased as to how i was kept up to date regarding my car and thus i have no complaints regarding the service and my brakes seem to work great again

Plaza Ford service department is outstanding. Prices for services are fair. Service advisors are knowledgeable and friendly. Service was completed in the time expected. The Plaza Ford service department is efficient, helpful, friendly, responsive. Waiting area is comfortable.

From the moment you walk in, there is the feeling of "we value your business".They are happy to see you and you can tell like like to work here as the atmosphere was light and friendly. We had called ahead and so they were expecting us and waiting with our chosen vechile. The staff are knowledgeable,friendly and easy to talk too. We were treated very well and would highly recommend Plaza Ford ! Congratulations on the great service, guys!
