Today was the second time I have used Fred’s towing. Both of my experiences were amazing. They are fast reliable and generally care about the people they help. Both gentleman I dealt with on different occasions were wonderful. Thank you so much Fred’s Towing. You guys are great and saved my day today.

Amazing service, I would highly recommend Fred’s Towing. Our car broke down at Milton and we contacted Fred’s. Wes arrived within 15 minutes, he was friendly and very helpful. The price was affordable and they take cash or credit. He also offered to take a look at our car to see what was wrong and help us trouble shoot. They are referred by CAA which is why we chose to call them over other towing companies. They are professional, honest, and have exceptional customer service! I would call them again if we had car trouble! Thank you Wes!

Great efficient, professional, friendly service provided yesterday. After a call to CAA soon Greg and Vikram arrived. They tested my battery and then hooked up my car to be towed back to Brantford. A big relief for me to have this situation taken care. Absolutely great job by these two! Thank you Greg & Vikram, also Fred's Towing.

Isaac was the greatest, was sent by CAA, took us from Milton to London on Xmas. Very professional friendly guy, who was genuinely there to help! If you have to have a car breakdown, hopefully it's in their neck of the woods! Very pleasant experience.

We had Fred’s towing show up after calling CAA , their tow driver caused damage to our vehicle , I was expecting a lot of hassle but Fred’s Towing steped up and admitted their mistake. I was very impressed!! They were pleasant on the phone and contacted the body shop and dealt with my insurance, This says a lot about their integrity and drive to customer satisfaction!! Excellent job Fred’s !!! I would not hesitate to call or recommend Fred’s towing again , everyone can make a mistake, owning up says a lot !! Great job Fred’s !!
