BBT- Becker Bros Towing

DO NOT CALL THIS TOW COMPANY! They will damage your car and DENY IT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called Becker Bros to tow my new vehicle. When my car was being picked up on the tow truck the front end was dragged across the concrete of the driveway. Also, when my car arrived at the destination it was also dropped and scraped along the concrete. Even though we made the driver aware of the car scraping against the concrete and told him to stop immediately, the trucker continued to lift and drop my car causing damage to my front bumper. Being respectable, I called Becker Bros customer service line immediately after to approach them about the situation hoping for it to be resolved. I spoke to the representative and she called the driver. He had replied to her saying the car was scratched before and that did not happen. He completely lied! I have SEVERAL witnesses who saw this car getting scraped including the Seller of the vehicle! The representative at Becker Bros then responded to me as if I was wrong. After I spoke to the manager he was treating me terribly. I asked to speak to someone above him because I was getting stressed out. He did not let me speak to anyone else and he said “the owners will not return your call”. I am a young woman and they have taken complete advantage of me. They are not paying for the damages or giving me a refund of my tow service. They are trying to fight a 23 year old who is just buying their first new car. This service I have received from Becker Bros is terrible. Never go with this company! I have attached all images of the damage they have done to my new car. I attached the damages they did to the concrete. I took a photo prior to when they arrived of my car with no visible scratches. With proof and evidence of photos the towing company still treated me as if I was wrong. They still had terrible customer service. They were trying to fight me as much as possible so they wouldn’t have to pay a penny. This is not how you treat your customers. When in these situations you need to be understanding of both parties and professional. This company is very unprofessional! I highly DO NOT recommend them.

Extremely accommodating and helpful organizing over the phone to help me out of a tricky situation. The driver was there in no time and worked for a long time to carefully get my car loaded up. It took a lot of extra work that was above and beyond the regular services and he did it and was friendly the whole time. Fair prices for it all to top it off!

Terrible towing company! They charge you way too much. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! They do not care about their customers. DO NOT GO WITH THE BECKER BROS.

always accommodating and professional! thanks for the great service

I rarely write reviews, but today my tire busted at Ottawa/Mowat area. I could have easily changed the tire with a spare, but it was -18 outside with -30 windchill, so I opted to call a tow company to tow car to CanadianTire at Sunrise (right up the road at Ottawa/Fischer-Hallman). I called a couple of area Tow companies and I got some outrageous quotes. One company told me they charge $89 just to hookup the car to their tow truck, then they charge about $4/km. That was crazy ridiculous. I called Beck Bros and they were pleasant over the phone, and gave me a flat-rate quote that was very reasonable. Tow truck driver, Alex, was also very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend them.
