Arthur was great to deal with. He was very honest, no hidden pricing or surprise fees. Easy to get along with, would call him back every time. He was the first person to answer the phone that wasn't an automated service, and was very clear to understand. Basically restored my faith in tow truck drivers - they aren't all dishonest vultures! Call Arthur - you won't be sorry!

We have never thought that we could get stuck in the snow in the end of April . Well, welcome to Toronto! Arthur, our tow truck driver made us to forget about our unpleasant experience . 45 minutes drive back home and a great company full of jokes. In addition I have to say that the wait time was shorter than we expected in this weather only 90 minutes . If we ever need a tow truck , we know who to call ! Thank you Arthur and “Better way towing” for help.

Stuck on the 407 with a flat tire and burned out spear during rush hour 😤. Not everyone is out for your money. I was able to work out an amazing flat rate to tow my car from Richmond to Toronto. Had an amazing experience with driver Pedro. Thank you A Better Way Towing! I will definitely use your services again.

This company was amazing! Arthur was quick, polite, professional, and funny. Did a great job making me feel secure about the tow and really lightened the mood with jokes. Affordable, too. I highly recommend these guys!

I have never actually enjoyed having my car towed. He was fast, efficient and I know my car was well taken care of. He explained what he was doing and why it was important. Even spending some time making sure my 3 year old was entertained. Great service! Thank you!
