The team at Mike Fair is exceptional and it starts at the top! I used to loathe the thought of buying a new car. Kristine and her team (thank you Stephanie, the service team and even a double delivery!) have made this effortless for their clients. So professional, and thorough and thoughtful that this is now a true pleasure. Thank you Team Mike Fair!! He would be very proud!!!

Its our second vehicle purchase from Mike Fair's and we have been nothing but happy. We told them what we wanted and gave them a budget and they came up with more than we could have hoped for in a vehicle without pushing us out of comfort zone. Kristine and Larry are awesome to deal with, as is the rest of the staff. Highly recommended!

We purchased our GMC Acadia at Mike Fair. We received top-dollar for our trade-in and when comparing the final cost of the vehicle to offers from other Dealerships .......saved big $$$. The icing on the cake is an excellent Service Dept. where we have all our servicing done.

The Mike Fair dealership in Smith's Falls has maintained a positive relationship with my parents for many years, and now I am happy to say we are also beneficiaries of their sales and service people. We purchased a new vehicle from the dealership a few years ago and we continue to use their services to maintain the vehicle. The buying experience was smooth and the sales people were very efficient. The service people are also extremely friendly and helpful. They also make my partner feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to maintain the vehicle, which is critical as my partner is primary in interfacing with the service team. We appreciate the positive experience we have had in dealing within Mike Fair's team and encourage you to check them out if you are buying your next vehicle or are looking for a good service provider.

Took my Chevy Cruz there to get fixed. Staff was friendly and very thorough. They also found I had a pretty good warranty I was unaware of and did additional work I had a feeling it needed. In the long run saved me money and made my car run better than it has in a long time. Thank you I couldn't be any happier!
