I had called Mazda roadside assistance as my car would not start, even with a boost. The Alpine tow truck driver came to my house and looked at the engine and found that the grounding negative cable wasn't attached properly to the battery (the car is only 6 weeks old). He attached it and got my car running properly. I am impressed as he could have towed it to the dealership, and made more money, but instead helped me out. Thanks so much!

Derek and Tom were super helpful. Put my mind at ease when I was pretty shaken up. Made a point of putting the heater on my seat and offered to pick up food or drink for me. Got me a great rental care. 10/5 would recommend!

Really nice fellas working here. Service was prompt, and kind. Derek's a sweet guy and Tom put the seat heater on during the whole ordeal to keep my girlfriend warm. A+

Had a major issue with my vehicle. Although I have CAA, they wouldn’t tow my vehicle from one dealership to another. CAA recommenced Alpine Towing. This towing company, and Jackie Stewart in particular, made the situation go by very smoothly. They dealt with the dealerships. Jackie was calm and incredibly helpful. Towing was quick and affordable. If you ever find yourself in a situation that requires towing services, contact Alpine.
